By accessing or using the Bomb Digital Designs ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Bomb Digital Designs provides organizations and private personls with a platform to manage employee and personal information, communications, and other work-related and personal activities. The Service includes features such as employee directories, messaging, and content management tools.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (personal use).
  • A legal employable wage according to the State and Country laws. (employee)
  • Have the legal authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
  • Ensure that all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

4. Account Registration

Administrator Accounts: Organization administrators must create an account to access administrative features.

Employee Accounts: Employees may access the Service through accounts provided by their organization.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Use of the Service

5.1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
